Inspired by the idyllic crystal clear waters of the Kennet Valley and using botanicals from the river bank, we present you with this unique one-of-a-kind Artisan delight.
With savoury notes of dill, a peppery hit from watercress, a burst of fresh zest from ripe lemon culimnating in the ‘pièce de résistance’: the surprising sweetness produced by the delicacy of the finest Kennet Crayfish. These flavours converge as meandering rivers into a totally unprecedented Gin.
Best served over ice with tonic and slice of lemon

This is a most unusual and delicate Gin. I thought that Gin using crushed crayfish claws would be very weird, but it was a triumph! I loved the dill note and clarity of taste. It packs a nice punch too.
