The price of goods and services shall be in accordance with those set out on the relevant
webpage on www.kennetcrayfish.com. We make every effort to ensure that the prices
within our website are correct.
Due to the nature of our business, our prices will vary according to supply, weather and
seasonality. You are advised to check the prices of our products on this website before
placing an order.
The total price of any order you place through www.kennetcrayfish.com is inclusive of
value added tax (VAT) where applicable.
No order submitted by you should be regarded as accepted by us until it is confirmed via
email or in writing.
We reserve the right to reject any order. Orders are normally accepted if the selected
products are in stock and your payment method is authorised for the transaction.

Should we not be able to collect payment for any reason, we will not dispatch your order.
Should this happen we will make every effort to contact you and advise you, however we
accept no liability for any loss incurred due to the delay in dispatching your order.

Delivery Area
We dispatch to most parts of mainland United Kingdom. Please enquire if unsure.
Delivery of your order shall be made to the delivery address provided by you. You are
responsible for giving us the full name of the recipient and correct address for all
deliveries, including but not limited to the postcode. If our carriers are unable to deliver any
order due to any error in the address, you will be charged for the order in full.
We will confirm the details of your order, including address in an email shortly after you
have placed your order. Please inform us immediately if there are any fault with the
delivery address as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses and no refunds
can be made in these circumstances.
If there is no answer at the specified delivery address and no alternative delivery
instructions, the delivery will be returned to the depot and there is no guarantee that a
second delivery will be attempted.
Should you ask for your order to be left in a specific place and the courier cannot obtain a
signature to confirm the delivery of your order, it will be left at your own risk; we accept no
liability for its loss or damage.
We offer dispatch days between Monday and Friday. Prices for delivery will be shown at
checkout on the website.
Orders are packed in an appropriate box, with insulation and frozen gel packs before being
Normally your order will reach you on the day of delivery. However, sometimes it may be
delayed by a day due to unforeseen issues in the delivery network.
After 9am on the day of dispatch we are unable to change any details for the delivery as
they are passed to the courier company by this time
We ask for any issues with delivery be reported within 48 hours of expected delivery time.
Our Guarantee
We aim to supply fish and products of the highest standard; if you are not happy with the
quality of our fish and products, please get in touch via email
We reserve the right to collect any product, or request photographs and weights of
products which are deemed unsatisfactory prior to issuing a refund.
Any product that has been de-shelled every effort is made to ensure there is no shell or
cartilage in the meat but we do advise to check before use. No liability will be accepted by
the company for any injury or loss as a result of these items.
Return of Non-perishable Items
If you wish to return a non-perishable item for any reason other than it not being of
merchantable quality, you may do so at your own expense. We will refund the cost of the
item less a handling charge of 10 per cent, as long as the item is returned to us in the
same condition as when we sent it to you.
Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us (sales@kennetcrayfish.com). Please
note that once dispatched orders may not be cancelled.
Any crayfish that has been sourced specially for you (by prior agreement) will be charged
for in full.
Personal Details
We will not pass on any details about you to any person not directly employed by us,
unless required to do so by law.

We sincerely hope that you never have cause to complain about our service or products. If
you are not entirely satisfied with our products, email sales@kennetcrayfish.com as
soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve any issues that you may have.
Any complaints made to us, must be made within 7 days of delivery to you.
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, we are not liable
for any loss or damage caused by us in circumstances where: we have not breached our
legal duty of care owed to you, it is not reasonably foreseeable that any loss or damage
incurred is a result of this breach, or where you have breached any part of your contract
that has increased loss or damage
